Jean Leon Leroy

Jean Leon Leroy specializes in identifying, evaluating and coordinating strategic real assets across Panama and Latin America. His experience spans land positioning, residential development, infrastructure-oriented projects and value-add real estate operations, with a particular focus on long-term residential use, capital preservation and emerging market opportunities.

Before establishing Yvy Sy Capital, he managed the acquisition and restoration of more than 100 foreclosed residential properties in Miami for European and international investors, and previously led real estate operations for a Paris-based family office. Today, he coordinates a multidisciplinary network of architects, engineers, legal professionals and contractors supporting development planning, infrastructure coordination and project implementation across Panama.
